A Private Retreat Experience
Every masterpiece begins in stillness.
Thursday afternoon you arrive on the mountain. The air smells of pine and woodsmoke. The noise of your life stays in the valley below. Somewhere in the first hours, without trying, your shoulders come down from your ears.
That's when the real questions
get quiet enough to hear.
Not because you need another strategy. But because the founder who built your current life isn't the same man being called to create what comes next.
For four days, in the mountains, we'll sit with two questions:
Join us to find out.
Every element is designed to create the conditions where clarity and possibility emerge on their own.
Some conversations can only happen around a fire.
In the presence of the masculine.
Some questions can only be heard in silence.
Away from the demands of leadership — surrounded by wilderness and a carefully chosen room of accomplished men — something settles.
Vision returns.

At a certain level of success, nearly everyone around you needs something from you.
The mind that will not turn off. The wins that stopped landing. The weight of being the strong one for everyone.
In Our Room
Be surrounded by accomplished men with nothing to sell, nothing to prove, and nothing to gain from your decisions.
No networking. No pitching. No performance.
Only honest reflection, meaningful challenge, and the rare experience of being truly seen.
Sometimes the breakthrough isn't another strategy.
It's being seen clearly.
The Great Work is held by Matthew Rose and Bentley Richards, founders of The Edge Journey. Their work with men lives beneath strategy: the body, the breath, and honest conversation around a fire.
Fifteen men is the size of a room
they can hold personally.
Includes private bungalow accommodations, chef-prepared meals, and every retreat experience.
Also included: a private pre-retreat vision session and a post-retreat integration conversation with Matthew and Bentley. Two hours of direct 1:1 work, before and after the mountain.
Four days. Fifteen men.
The next decade of your work.
Deposit and payment plan available. Balance due by Friday, August 14.
The room holds fifteen men, and more than half the places are already spoken for. Before opening the rest publicly, we're personally inviting a select group of men we believe will both shape and benefit from the room.
First conversations are happening now. We expect the room to be full well before the retreat.
If something in you knows it's time to create your next great work, we'd like to connect.
If you already know, reserve your place directly. If you have questions, book a call and we'll speak first.
